hmm....still find the blogskin 看的顺眼even though
pink isn't exactly my favourite colour,oh well,
at least the words are big enough n easy to read (:
did isolation of chloroplasts today :D
i learn how to use the centrifuge le even though we
dun exactly get to touch it cos Myomin is supposed
to help us with the centrifugation part,
the centrifuge we used were the pretty huge kind,
inside can only put 6 centrifuge tubes nia -__-
den have to look n measure the size of chloroplasts
using the microscope,the microscopes made me realised
how noob our secondary school ones were LOL
the chloroplasts super hard to find la,
like looking for a needle in a haystack liddat =.=
best of all,all of us broke the rules cos we were not
wearing any labcoats,wadaya expect,
we haven even get it LOL....
zzz brought our laptops for nothing today,
byrite we though that teacher is gonna teach us mathcad
today for maths,ended up she continued with differentiation =.="
argh,tmr gotta present on citation n references,
our buddy class dun even have to do the project n present la WTH
die liao,we haven even sort out who's presenting what >.>
ohohoh,they r gonna have new stock for the black SP shirt
at moberly tmr,gotta go n get it haha,
the black hoodie looks nice but i think im
gonna die wearing it in this heat :P
oh GREAT,i juz remembered that our experiment still haven finish,
we haven test the chloroplasts with urea n Triton-X yet zzz,
luckily data sheet can hand in 2 weeks later :D:D:D
